Mitt Romney, Rick Perry and the rest of the Republicans are actually made of the kind of cheese that comes in a spray can.

How to Reform America

America is run by a corrupt oligarchy who owns and controls the politicians, the media, the police and military and the monetary system. The US Government no longer represents the best interests of the  American people, therefore it is the duty of the American people to change their government to one that will. The following reforms need to be implemented in order to put America on the path towards true representative government.

Strengthening and Broadining Direct Democracy - Ballot Initiatives must be allowed in all 50 states and on a Federal level.

As we have seen, our "elected" politicians no longer represent the best interests of the people they supposedly represent. So by instituting Ballot Initiatives on a countrywide level, the people may bypass the corrupt political process and put issues to a statewide and nationwide vote. Unfortunately at the present time ballot initiatives do not exist at a federal level and would require a Constitutional amendment to implement. And only 24 states currently have a this direct democracy process. With ballot initiatives in place at a federal level, the people can have a simple yes or no vote on such important issues as whether to declare a war or not and when to end wars that were initiated by our corrupt corporate politicians. Politicians in states that do not have initiative processes much be vetted based on their position on this issue that is so vital to the people.

Privatize the Federal Reserve

At the very core of the problems facing all of humankind is the corrupt privately owned Federal Reserve. Central banks should be owned by the people not private corporations. This will have to be achieved via a public ballot initiative. The current political class will not challenge the power of the Federal Reserve and the current corrupt corporate media will make every effort to marginalize any politician who attempts to do so. So this effort to nationalize the Federal Reserve will likely have to be a people's initiative. Current politicians must be vetted on their positions on this issue which is vital to people.

Campaign Finance Reform

Politicians in the United States are bought and paid for by corrupt corporations. Campaign finance reform should be demanded and enacted into law by a people's ballot initiatives. (The current politicians will not enact campaign finance reform laws because they benifit from them) Therefore independent ballot initiatives may be the only possible avenue towards enacting campaign reform legislation.

Current politicians should be terminated via local recall initiatives and "protest candidates" should begin campaigns to defeat the array of corrupt corporate puppets that currently are in place.

Both the Republican and Democratic machinery are merely servants of the giant corporations who own them, therefore there needs to be many more political parties that register, complete ballot requirements and can offer citizens real choices. Republicans and Democrats are not real choices - they are owned by the billionaires.

Remove the corrupt influence of money from political campaigns and the political process will be reformed overnight.

Congressional campaigns simply do not need to have massive campaign warchests. Congressional districts are small enough that a reasonable healthy candidate can visit the various townships and present his platform of issues.

Since the media utilizes public resources for it's operations, (airwaves, telephone poles, underground conduit, etc) they should therefore be obligated to cover the political debate process and the various candidates positions on issues must be given equal time. This may be the most difficult aspect to implement because media outlets are owned by someone and that someone will have a definite political slant (usually conservative) and therefore the news organization they own will present best the candidate that is in line with the owners of the media organization.

Media Reform

A campaign to disempower and hopefully eliminate news organizations whose ownership conflicts with the public interest must be implemented. It is extremely dangerous to have a weapons manufacturer such as General Electric (makers of nuclear bombs) own and operate a major news organization NBC. But in this outrageous distortion of reality and decency this is what we have here in America. Nor is it healthy that any major news organization be owned and operated by any multi billion dollar corporation. Multi billion dollar corporations by their very nature and structure, are antithetical to the rights and lives of human populations.

A general strike against the corrupt FOX, CNN, ABC, NBC, CBS and other corrupt American news organizations will achieve the goals of suffocating them from ad revenue and causing advertisers to terminate their budgets for these "lowest common denominator" operations such as US television networks are. At the same time new and existing independent news organizations can continue to present the complete in depth coverage of real news that the corrupt corporate media has refuses to present and will continue to refuse to present.

In the case of Fox News, both congressional and independent investigations should be convened and legal action brought to bear on this particularly aggressive violator of basic human and civil values. A general boycott of Fox news will not work because only the most entrenched "redneck" types comprise it's viewership so in the case of Fox the general boycott must be expanded to include an overall boycott of any and all corporations, divisions, owned by Mr. rupert Murdoch. This includes Fox moves and all fox television programs. This will be challenging to achieve as Fox currently airs programs that achieve wide viewership, so the protest actions against Fox and it's mother company News Inc.

The FCC (Federal Communications Commission) is a corrupt entity whose chairman position is decided on partisan political basis by whomever is the current president at the time. It was the FCC who in 1995 amidst concern for the illegality of having Mr. Murdoch who was not American own television stations, ruled that Rupert Murdoch's ownership of Fox was in the public's best interest. Therefore citizens need to scrutinize the operations of the FCC and reform this important governmental department.

Transparency in Government

The government has made laws to enable them to wiretap our phones, intercepts our emails, stop and frisk us and enter our homes and search them without a warrant. But it is the politicians and lawmakers who are the criminals not the people. It is the secrecy of the government which allows them to operate without any constraints or accountability. We propose to allow the people to monitor the phone calls and emails and meetings of our politicians and this way we the people can find out which of the politicians is selling us out. If they have nothing to hide then they should have nothing to fear from transparency. And we must repeal the laws which allow the invasion of the privacy of the people and return to the protections of privacy as outlined by the US Constitution. And we must identify the politicians who voted to enact legislation to invade our privacy and terminate their positions in government.

Police Reform

The function of the police is to "serve and protect" but the recent display of rampant police brutality on peaceful protestors highlights the fact that they are doing neither. Throughout history police have always been the enemies of people's revolutions. They will fire upon, strike with batons and spray with chemicals citizens who they are sworn to protect solely for the "crime" of seeking reforms in government and justice for all. It is quite obvious that the police, like the other governmental institutions, work for the monied interests. They work for the wealthy and disregard the rights of the people. Police forces and budgets are strangulating our economy, they money wasted on these thuggish forces can be better spent on housing programs and college scholarships thus eliminating crime.
